MIND EATER

MIND EATER is an artist-run, annual parasite festival for emerging performance and discursive, practices established in 2024 by Runa Borch Skolseg and Louis Schou-Hansen. The festival is based in Oslo and will take place in its first edition from August 8-11, 2024 at UKS - Young Artists Society and Norma T. The Festival will move to a new location every year and consists of a two split program: a public performance program encompassing artists from interdisciplinary fields working within varried formats and a discursive program including lectures, workshops, and screenings.

MIND EATER aim to host works that explore frictions and deviant desires while critically engaging with our current cultural conditions. With its queer nature and emphasis on embodied work, the festival seeks to become a steamy meeting point between different artistic inquiries, un-worlding, and critical thinking.
